Lilli Birdsell

Lilli is originally from Colorado and came to Los Angeles as a dancer. After being a Pinball in the Big Lebowski she knew her dancing career had peaked and changed course to acting. Lilli is an actor known for both comedy and drama, most recently on American Born Chinese and on Chicago Med.

Lilli has been either the killer, victim or mourner on multiple crime procedurals and the patient or advocate on most hospital shows. Most notably The Good Doctor when Lilli had to carry the emotional scene of donating her daughter's face after her daughter was rendered brain dead. It was very sad. Balancing the grief with laughter Lilli has done numerous comedies including Mom, Palm Springs and Paramount’s dark comedy Heathers where Lilli played a mother who was disappointed that her daughter was not gender confused.

Lilli’s also a writer who sold a pilot in 2021 to CBS called America, USA! and is currently developing two pilots with director Todd Holland one a half hour comedy and the other a one-hour dramedy. Lilli also acted, wrote, and directed the short film Once Upon a Crime that toured the festival circuit from Palm Springs to Ireland, winning Lilli the Best New Film Maker award at the Newport Beach Film Festival and the Best Actor award at Method Fest.
